Networking and Mentorship for Females

The Cluster wants to establish the best working conditions to conduct research. Therefore, support for female researchers is extremely important.

What is funded?
Funding is available for all networking and mentorship-related costs to enable female Cluster members to network in Germany and abroad, mentorship from prominent colleagues in Germany and abroad and the opportunity to maintain those contacts. Female Cluster members can invite mentors to Konstanz and strengthen the cooperation by visiting the mentors in their home institutions, thus fostering networking.

For applications, please check the webpage of the Equal Opportunity Office and their calls for Konstanzia and MEiN Fellowships and apply there. Through this call, the Cluster will take over the associated costs.

Who can apply?
All female doctoral and postdoctoral Members and Affiliated Members of the Cluster “The Politics of Inequality” can apply for these funds.

How to apply?
To apply, check the Konstanzia Fellowship and MEiN Fellowship calls published on the webpage of the Equal Opportunity Office and follow the Equal Opportunity Office application procedure.
