Virtual seminar leading up to the Cluster workshop "The New Politics of Corporate Accountability"

1. Introductions

2. What can be learned by comparing the politics of corporate accountability pertaining to labor, environment, and human rights?
This will be a focused discussion that draws on the materials that you submitted. It might cover questions like the following:  To what extent do we see a ‘hardening of soft law’ in different arenas and industries?  How far do comparisons go, and when do they break down?

3. Looking ahead:  In the midst of this tumultuous moment, what might the future hold for the politics of corporate accountability and/or research on it?
