Max Heermann is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Cluster of Excellence "The Politics of Inequality" at the University of Konstanz.

• EU policy-making
• Internet governance and public attitudes towards foreign affairs

Before joining the Cluster, he was a researcher in the Horizon 2020 project “EU3D – Differentiation, Dominance and Democracy”.  His dissertation investigates the preference formation of political actors in European Union Internet policy. Learn more about Max Heermann.
