Our organisational structure seeks to ensure responsible use of resources and staff while being efficient, flexible, and participative. It facilitates exchange between committees, departments, disciplines, and status groups as well as between the University of Konstanz and MPI-AB members. This institutionalised exchange complements the dialogue which regularly takes place at a working level within the cluster. Clear responsibilities are anchored in our bylaws, ensuring accountable decisions and compliance.
