Dr. Orit Harel is an educational psychologist and mindful-yoga teacher who will be presenting the Mental Health Awareness Series Workshops:
Improving academic performance in pandemic distress
This workshop offers 8 weekly training sessions aiming to integrate positive psychology and mindfulness skills into daily life.
We'll explore academic life challenges:
- Time management
- Stress and anxiety
- Attention
- Reflective communication
- Conflict resolutions
- Self doubts and imposter syndrome
Home assignments will include guided meditations and worksheets compliment the in-class training allowing to assimilate the materials.
Participation in this workshop is considered as a package, so please make sure you find the time to participate most of the 8 consecutive sessions.
