Speaker:

Two Master's thesis presentations from the Jordan Lab will be held on Friday 17 May. Everybody is invited to come and hear the findings from:

Fritz Francisco - “Understanding how predation shapes the internal dynamics of fish schools in the wild”

Paul Nührenberg - “Motion patterns, predictability, and predation responses within a wild, freely moving fish school"

The talks will be held at Biergarten St Katharina which will be open from 3pm-6pm. We will have the projector set up under the covered seating area so that we are weather-resistant (although general prediction is that next week will be clear), and the talks will be followed by discussion and drinks around the fire pit. Limited BBQ food and drinks will be available from the Biergarten until 6pm, but we can stay around the fire after they have closed the bar.
