We celebrate the International Women’s Day once more!
This time, we amplify voices and empower women to SpeakUp.
Being interrupted, bogus arguments, killer phrases - women in the workplace know how easy it is to be disrupted when communicating. In this workshop, you will develop methods that enable positive self-awareness and empower personal development. You will learn to stand up for your (professional) goals, which will strengthen your presence and grow confidence in your own role. Expect communication tools and practical advice for speaking up in a safe space.
Dr. Jana Bachmann will lead this workshop and guide us through the techniques and cues how to be heard.
