Speaker:

The 18th conference on Computational Methods in Systems Biology (CMSB 2020) will take place on the 23rd to 25th September 2020 at the University of Konstanz. Its aim is to bring together researchers from across biological, mathematical, computational, and physical sciences who are interested in the study, modelling, simulation, advanced analysis, and design of biological systems.

Visit the CMSB 2020 official webpage for more information or to register.

You can also find the official CMSB 2020 flyer here.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- formalisms for modelling biological processes
- models and their biological applications
- frameworks for model verification, validation, analysis and simulation of biological systems
- methods for synthetic biology and bio-molecular computing
- machine learning, model inference from experimental data
- model integration from biological databases
- multi-scale modelling and analysis methods
- collective behaviour
- high-performance computational systems biology and parallel implementations
